The Goal Achievement Program (GAP)

Program Overview

Bridging the GAP in your success: The Goal Achievement Program is a collaboration with The Greenhouse and Pinellas County SCORE. GAP brings together a select group of business owners for an 8-week series in Summer 2024.

Ready, Set, Accelerate the Goal Achievement Program: July 9 - August 27, 2024

“You don’t have to be great to start, you have to start to be great.” – Zig Ziglar

For most of us, 2024 has started off to be an ‘okay’ year:  no pandemic, no hurricanes (yet), economy still humming along, and pretty much smooth sailing for the balance of the year (no recessions: hey, it’s an election year).

Seriously, what if you took the summer ‘ON’ and made major transformational changes in your business – in your life.  Imagine an 8-week intensive challenge (that’s only 56 days!) in a room or a Zoom with business professionals who are as highly motivated as you!  Welcome to GAP 2024.

From July 9 – August 27, you’ll be able to turn your 2024 New Year mojo into your momo – more revenue, more results, more impact.  GAP was created to help you not only achieve your goals but accelerate them.

8 Weeks To A Reset: It’s all about you (and it’s in the data, too!)

  1. Set SMARTER Goals for your professional and personal life.
  2. Develop an effective ACTION plan to achieve your goals (you’ll be 200% more productive).
  3. Meet with peers who are equally energized – and empathetic to setbacks – as you are (you can increase your goal achievement by 77%).
  4. Get focused (68% more!) on productivity and achievement to accomplish more.
  5. Incorporate greater discipline – and presence – into your daily/weekly/monthly routines.
  6. Learn the best productivity, mindset, and goal hacks to accelerate your progress. A-HA moments are guaranteed!
  7. Increase your confidence by 90% in your ability to take on new challenges.
  8. Celebrate your achievements on a weekly basis!

The Goal Achievement Project is a 60-minute weekly meeting over the course of 8 weeks from Independence Day to Labor Day.  It is specifically designed to help you create goals that will build on your success, and an execution system to ‘get it done!”

The Summer Session will be co-facilitated by Sheila Neisler, owner of Catalyst Tampa Bay and SCORE Presenter and Amanda Mayer, entrepreneur, and owner of Sunkissed Moments.  Sheila developed this program 8 years ago, working in concert with a local bank and the University of North Carolina – Asheville.  Amanda is a 2-year alumna of GAP@TheGreenhouse and will incorporate her successes, resets and lessons learned as she has excelled in her professional and personal journey.

The 2024 cohort will be The Greenhouse’s 6th year of hosting this series.

“Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do!” – Johann Wolfgange von Goethe

Who is it for?

There is no cost for participation in the Goal Achievement Program and the program is open to graduates of the Entrepreneurial Academy, Small Business Enterprises (SBEs), Greenhouse clients with existing businesses and St. Petersburg’s second stage business owners. The class will be limited to 20 individuals and participants must complete an application to be selected.
