Fair, equal treatment and access is critical. In 2020, The Greenhouse team made a commitment to begin exploring equity in our organization and services. We had discussions, conducted research and analyzed intention. We knew we could do more.
The purpose of the Equity Scorecard Report is to evaluate The Greenhouse’s progress on achieving equity.
We are committed to open and transparent information. We believe the importance of having conversations, even difficult ones, serves everyone better. Our goal is to be the home of small business and entrepreneurial development for our community. We serve all and are a home for everyone. We cannot do this successfully if we are not reflective of our community. So you can expect honest, transparent and open information. We invite you to read on.
