St. Pete Pitch Night focuses on showcasing, elevating and seeding community-based businesses. The Greenhouse is proud to partner again with Regions Bank to bring back the first round of St. Pete Pitch Night 2022, where five local start-ups can win $5,000 in funding to accelerate their business growth. Anthony Nagendraraj

Co-founder and CEO of Spontivly, a community management system that integrates with a company’s suite of community tools to allow for greater insights and efficiencies.

Anthony has 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales and product management for Fortune 500 companies like IBM and Microsoft, leveraging technology in innovative ways to help fuel growth and sales. He has also successfully exited two companies, both focused on helping businesses understand how best to use information technology to achieve their vision.

Driven by a strong passion for building communities in a time where social interactions are scattered, Anthony has combined his years of experience in IT and tech to lead Spontivly into growth.

Meg Charles

Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of CodeBoxx, a fullstack coding bootcamp headquartered in St Pete.
Meg is also an ideator, angel investor, entrepreneur, global corporate attorney and, start-up Board Director and Advisor. Synthesizing more than 25 years of business acumen and legal expertise with leadership and management experience, Meg provides strategic business guidance, creative solutions, seed investment, and mentoring to early stage global start-ups and entrepreneurs, globally.

Corey McCaster

Pinellas County Economic Development is delighted to announce the addition of Corey McCaster, EDFP to our team, effective December 27th. Corey joins PCED in the role of Division Director of the Office of Small Business and Supplier Diversity, in which he will be responsible for managing the department’s entrepreneurial and small business assistance and development initiative.

Corey brings with him more than 20 years of experience in small business assistance. In his previous role as Economic Development Manager with Hillsborough County, he was charged with helping small to medium-sized existing businesses find new market opportunities, hidden profits and innovative ways to create sustainable growth. He provided expert-level business consulting, specializing in small business accounting and finance, quality improvement, and strategic business planning. His experience with managing his own small businesses, and serving in Tallahassee at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, allows him to deliver a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge to clients.

Tina Gilmore-Johnson

31 years of branch-banking experience, the last seven of which have been with Regions. She serves as Consumer Banking Manager and Senior Vice President, leading 15 area branch teams as they deliver personalized services to customers each day. Tina also serves as Market Executive for the bank in St. Petersburg, Clearwater and surrounding communities in Pinellas County. As Market Executive, she works with leaders from across Regions’ business groups to develop holistic financial solutions for customers, as well as identifying opportunities to engage in the community with a focus on financial wellness, education and workforce readiness, and community development.

Prior to joining Regions, Tina worked for SunTrust Bank for over 22 years. Her leadership transferred throughout Pinellas and Hillsborough County, but most notably, she served as the Area Manager in the St. Petersburg and South Tampa markets for 7 years.
