The E-Commerce Academy

The E-Commerce Academy is a high-impact, growth-stage capacity building program designed to help product vendors and brick-and-mortar retailers strengthen their digital presence and transition into sustainable multi-channel e-commerce revenue. Offered at no cost through a collaborative partnership between The Greenhouse and Saturday Shoppes, this pilot program is designed to help St. Pete businesses start new online opportunities, grow their customer reach, and thrive in today’s evolving marketplace.
Delivered by Saturday Shoppes’ expert trainers and subject matter specialists, the Academy is an intensive 10-week program that combines hands-on instruction, guided implementation, technical support, in-person workshops, and virtual lab sessions to help participants build sustainable e-commerce systems and diversified revenue streams.
Throughout the Academy, participating businesses will work toward developing:
- An Everyday Shoppes storefront page
- A customized Etsy shop with optimized product listing
- A Pinterest shop for product marketing and delivery
- A business-owned website or landing page with a custom domain
- Retail placement readiness strategies
- Active paid advertising campaigns
- A 90-day multi-channel growth strategy
- Practical AI integration tools to accelerate execution and support long-term digital growth
IDEAL PARTICIPANTS
Designed for existing growth-stage businesses, the E-Commerce Academy equips entrepreneurs with practical tools, digital strategies, and real-world applications that support long-term business scalability and increased market visibility.
To ensure meaningful engagement and individualized support from the Academy’s trainers and technical experts, enrollment is limited to 15 participants. Seating is limited, and eligible businesses are encouraged to apply early once applications open.
The program application will include eligibility requirements, including revenue thresholds and business qualifications.
