Owner Rick Noll’s initial application did not result in certification, so he used feedback from the Pedal Power Promoter’s team and the League to create secure indoor bicycle parking and a shower that bike commuters can use. Rick then re-applied and is now receiving a Bronze designation. This is the first multi-tenant mixed use facility to be BFB in St. Pete! A pretty good story, don’t you think? It speaks to a small developer’s desire to provide amenities that his customers want: support to commute by bike.
