Inspired to “be her own boss” by stifling college jobs, Tara Hubbard of WonderField Farm and Grove, developed a strong drive to create more meaningful work in her life. Tara founded Wonderfield Farm and Grove, a permaculture farm and retreat space, which was inspired by creating one of her Om the Go retreats on the land in 2018.

The property is comprised of 66-acres of gorgeous “Old Florida” – cypress swamps, orange groves, and more. Tara was inspired to enhance the farm, amenities, offerings, and to also open up the space for more people to enjoy.

Sat Ramphal, owner of XiByte, is a 3X times entrepreneur, and a Tampa born innovator. Sat has attended Hillsborough Community College and University of South Florida. He went into Entrepreneurship at 19 and currently in his 4th company. Sat, along with his two brothers Sean, and Shivam, have worked on multiple startups together, and built Maya the smart bot for business facilitating all administrative work.

“After our team failed in our last startups, we wanted to ensure no other founder and team goes through the same experience of a downhill failure. We are on a mission to reduce the amount of startup failures by 3%. Maya is giving founders the value of time and efficiency.”
