In just two weeks, the Spring 2020 Entrepreneurial Academy (EA) kicks off on March 16th and runs every Monday, 6-9 pm, through May 18th. This twice a year, ten-week course teaches current and future entrepreneurs fundamental and vital skills on business plans, small business accounting, marketing, legal entities, fostering meaningful community partnerships, and more. What’s another incentive for the $399 EA reservation? Successful completion of EA awards graduates with a complimentary 1 year “Startup” Membership to the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce. Oh, and did we mention all 10 courses include a catered dinner each program night?
If you’re ready to launch your small business idea, or you’re an established business owner stuck in a rut, EA is your opportunity to learn actionable strategies from local and premiere business leaders. In existence since 1995, the Entrepreneurial Academy presented by Molly’s Suds, aligns students with instructors eager to help students launch their ideas off the ground. Each week’s topic is presented by these local entrepreneurs who have made their career in the respective field.
Since Fall 2012, Barry Foster, EA Facilitator and business coach of “Everyone Needs a Coach,” has witnessed many graduates walk through the Greenhouse doors– in fact, he’s seen over 300 of them. While business ideas and strategies change each year, there are foundational traits embedded in each strong entrepreneur upon completing 10 weeks of intentional cultivation in a room of like-minded individuals.
