This is the main search tool that prime contractors use to find SBEs.
Construction projects in which participation is open to SBEs and non-SBEs who are registered as a city vendor with the Procurement & Supply Management Department.
Job Order Contract (JOC)
Minor construction, repair, rehabilitation or alteration projects performed by a rotating pool of Job Order Contractors, who are pre-selected based through a competitive process. These projects can offer subcontractor opportunities for SBEs as SBE usage goals are negotiated by the JOC contractor and City project managers.
