Community Events Calendar

While we have a number of great events happening here at The Greenhouse every week, there’s so much more happening throughout St. Petersburg!

In an attempt to better serve our local entrepreneurs and small business owners, our Community Calendar is a way to stay connected and learn about startup events throughout the Tampa Bay area. And the best part is, it’s open to you – our community members!

And the best part is, it’s open to you – our community members! With so much happening, we need your help to keep the calendar full and complete.

Feel free to submit events that meet the following requirements:

 

Guidelines

*Events must be relevant to Tampa Bay’s entrepreneurial community.

All events will be vetted for appropriateness prior to publishing. Here are some examples of what is and is not acceptable. Please adhere to these guidelines to have your event included.

ALLOWED:

-Events in the Startup Community (ie: Startup Weekend, Ignite Tampa Bay, Startup Xchange, etc.)

-Local Small Business Celebrations (Ribbon Cuttings, Grand Openings, etc.)

-Informational and/or Educational Events & Conferences (topic should be of interest to our business community)

-Festivals that promote the overall growth of St. Petersburg & our economy (ie: Et Cultura, Gasparilla Interactive Festival, etc.)

NOT ALLOWED:

-Business Sales events (where the sole purpose of the event is to sell a product or service)

-Large Corporate Events unrelated to the startup community

-Events located beyond Tampa Bay (unless specifically relevant, such as an entrepreneurship conference elsewhere in Florida)

-General Community Events (there are many places to list these events – this isn’t one of them. Thanks for understanding!)

*Events must include complete organizer & venue information

Please do not submit an event without adding full details for the event organizer and venue.

*Events must clearly display cost, if applicable

If there is a ticket price or fee for attending the event, please make this clear in the event description.
